Energy sessions for humans are structured very differently than those done for your animal companions.  These sessions are specially customized to meet your individual needs. 

An energy session with me requires a brief telephone interview and discussion.  It is important for me to understand your goals, expectations and any issues you wish addressed. 

What to expect

A healing session typically lasts 30 minutes to an hour where you will relax on my healing table the entire time (if in person) or sit comfortably in a chair. I am guided to place my hands on and near your body throughout the session.  Crystals and sound are always incorporated into the session.

I am basically working with the Human Energy Field which can be described as the energetic body that surrounds the physical body. Its light is often referred to as an aura and there are several layers; each having its own particular function. I will also always work with the "Matrix" to assist change on all levels. 

These sessions are guided sessions; meaning that each of our spiritual healing teams will be present and participating. Angels, personal guides, Ascended Masters and others may be on the spiritual healing teams. I create a sacred, safe, relaxing and clear space in which to work and always use heart centered techniques.

If it is your first session, you may enjoy a full body 'Basic Chelation" which translates to the clearing of stagnant energy through your energetic body. My hands are placed at specific locations on your body and healing energy is sent in a methodical manner.  This process will help prepare your body for directed energy work if needed. Reiki and other energetic methods may be used throughout to enhance and complement the healing work.
