We are all spiritual beings and energy is the common ingredient.  You, your animal companions, trees, plants, and even inanimate objects such as your cell phone or physical dwelling are made up vibrations and energy.  Recognition of that energy will lead to understanding and true respect; which will facilitate healing and wellness on a higher & much deeper dimension.
